I aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible after your order has been accepted.
All orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
I will use reasonable endeavors to have the goods delivered within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
I cannot be held liable for any missing packages if not reported within 14 days after dispatch (UK) or 28 days (international).
Please ensure that the correct postal delivery address is entered on the order as I cannot be held liable for any missing packages dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address through no fault of my own.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods. If the goods are returned to me I will contact you before resending, a delivery fee will be charged to redeliver.
Shipping charges cover any import duties and taxes, but please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as I will not be held liable for these.

I hope you are very happy with the goods and service you receive from Lucy Ashton Jewellery, however if you are not happy with your purchase then please follow the returns policy below.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
All items returned for a refund or exchange must be unworn and returned in it's original packaging unless the goods are faulty within 28 days.
You must notify Lucy Ashton in writing within 28 days if you wish to cancel your order or exchange or return an item, please outline your reasons for doing so as this helps improve a better shopping experience and designs in the future of Lucy Ashton Jewellery.
Return the unworn goods in the original packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Return postage cost is the customers responsibility. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed.
Return payment will be made as soon as the product has been received. Payment will be made directly to the account used to place the order. If you are wanting an exchange the product will be posted as soon as the returned product is received.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS, SALE
If a refund is issued it will be for the discounted, sale price you paid for the item, if an exchange is issued, the item will be exchanged using the original price.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
Cooling off period is 7 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period. This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from Lucy Ashton saying your order has been dispatched) and ends 7 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before your items are despatched by emailing email@example.com or call on 07545568404. You will need to give your name and address details, as well as your order number.
EXEMPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Custom made designs and altered products are non-returnable. This does not affect your statuary rights.
